Making your Bangboo stronger is super important in Zenless Zone Zero. This guide will show you how to level up your Bangboo in a few different ways, so it stays a powerful friend on all your Hollow trips.
Finding the Upgrade Shop
First things first, you need to find the Remodeling Shop. This is where you go to make your Bangboo stronger. You’ll unlock it after your first trip into the Hollow Zero. It’s on Sixth Street in New Eridu City. When you get there, a nice guy named Enzo will teach you all about Bangboos and the Remodeling Shop.
Once you’re in the Remodeling Shop, find the Bangboo Management menu. This will show you all the Bangboos you have. Pick the one you want to level up. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a menu just for that Bangboo. Look for a bar at the top that says “Level.” Click on this bar, and a special menu for leveling up your Bangboo will appear.
How to Level Up Your Bangboo
Leveling up your Bangboo is super easy! Just pick the Bangboo you want to make stronger from the list in the Remodeling Shop. Then, on the right side of the screen, you’ll see a menu for that Bangboo. Find the bar that says “Level” and tap it. This will show you what level your Bangboo is at now and what you need to make it stronger. You’ll usually need Bangboo Software Patches, which you can find in the Hollow Zero. Once you have what you need, just tap the button to level up your Bangboo!
Making your Bangboo stronger gives it a big boost in power. Its health, attack, and defense all get way better with each level. This means your Bangboo can take more hits and fight harder, making it a much bigger help in battles.
Unlocking Special Powers
Leveling up makes your Bangboo stronger overall, but core upgrades unlock its hidden talents. You get these upgrades by finding more than one of the same Bangboo. When you have extras, you can take them to the Remodeling Shop and use them to make your main Bangboo even better. This unlocks special skills and makes your Bangboo fight in unique ways. Leveling up is important, but it’s not the only way to make your Bangboo stronger. The Remodeling Shop has other ways to improve your Bangboo, like:
- Core Upgrades: If you get the same Bangboo more than once through the Bangboo Channel in Signal Search, you get Bangboo Cores. These Cores can make your Bangboo even better by unlocking new skills and stat boosts.
- System Optimization: When your Bangboo reaches a certain level, you can use System Optimization. This uses Ether Electrolytes, which you get from exploring the Hollow, to make your Bangboo’s abilities even stronger.
- Plugin Boosts: The Remodeling Shop lets you put special things called plugins on your Bangboo. These plugins can make your Bangboo better at specific things, like doing more elemental damage, hitting enemies harder, or being tougher to defeat. By picking the right plugins and making them stronger, you can make your Bangboo work perfectly with your fighting style and team.
