Get ready for a starry surprise – Overwatch 2 lets you play new support hero Juno for FREE this weekend! This is your chance to test out the newest member of the Overwatch 2 crew before she officially joins the game in Season 12.

From July 19th to 21st, you can jump into battle with Juno, a cheerful astronaut who brings a unique mix of healing and attacking skills. This limited-time hero trial lets you try out Juno’s moves, see what she’s good at and not so good at, and find out if she’s the perfect new support hero for you.

A Space Explorer with Super Support Skills

Juno isn’t your typical healer. Wearing a cool spacesuit and carrying her trusty Mediblaster, she brings a more aggressive way to support your team. The Mediblaster can both heal teammates and hurt enemies. You can shoot healing beams at your teammates to keep them healthy during fights. Or, you can blast enemies with energy to damage them.

Another cool thing about Juno is how she moves. Her Glide Boost lets her zoom around in short bursts, so she can zip across the map to help teammates who need healing. This is especially helpful when you want to surprise your enemies or get out of trouble quickly.

Juno has two special moves that can really change how the battle goes. Her Hyper Ring creates a temporary zone around her. Teammates who stand inside the ring move faster, letting them get around the map quicker and work together better to attack.

Finally, Juno’s ultimate ability, Orbital Ray, shoots a powerful beam of energy from her spacesuit. This beam not only hurts enemies it touches, but also heals nearby teammates at the same time. The Orbital Ray can be a game-changer, letting your team push harder or hold their ground better.

What You Can Do During the Hero Trial

The hero trial lets you try out Juno in many different game modes, except for Competitive. This means you can play her in Quick Play, Ranked Open Queue, and the always-fun Arcade modes. The Arcade will even have a No Limits mode during the trial, where everyone can play as Juno, so you don’t have to race to pick her first.

This lets you see how Juno works in all sorts of situations. Whether you’re defending a payload or capturing a point, you can experiment with Juno’s abilities and see how she works with different teammates.
